This website sells knobs for cabinets. I ordered 8 different knobs so that I could see them in my kitchen before I chose one. Here is the first letter I got back from them. Needless to say I was concerned that they had my credit card information:

Hello Anne,

We reserve the right to reject service to anybody.
Your type of order poses too much work for us,
And we are at a position right now where we can be
More choosy about who we allow to be our customers.
So this is to inform you that we are canceling your
Order 113347. Please do not waste your time telling
Us how you are going to tell everybody about our
Horrible customer service. Just do it.

I went back to their website and contacted them thinking that I might be doing the company a favor letting them know that this is the response they were giving customers. Here is the response I got. Obviously, this company is only run by one very rude person.

Yes Anne, we do not want your business, however many thousands of dollars that could be. The fact that we will not be doing business should have become quite evident to you by the time you sent us the whole "screw you" email. Please take your business elsewhere.

What bothers me the most about this company is that it comes up first on a google search. This kind of customer service surely does not deserve that kind of exposure.
