Aftrr being scammed to pay almost $25 in shipping that was NEVER fulfilled, their customer service was not even remotely interested in refund. Rude, beating around the Bush answers. Poor quality, poor communication skills and rude associates. Save yourself a headache and order legit goods not poor quality items with poorly ran company.

Hello Annette, thank you for your feedback! I am very sorry that you didn't receive the package as you expected. Our number one concern is customer satisfaction. Upon review of the order, the item purchase was a made by order product. Once the order is placed, our warehouse has up to 3 business days produce the item and ship. The order was placed on 7/11/2018 and shipped on 7/16/2018. The package is scheduled to be delivered today 7/17/2018. The advocate has waived the return shipping fee to send the item back by your local post office. Once again, I apologize for any frustration this may have caused you. Sincerely, Julian
