I was expecting to write a glowing review but it saddens me to have to write a bad review, my next step is to file a complaint with the bbb and a dispute with my credit card company. I placed a order, carefully measured myself and used their sizing chart to determine the correct size. After waiting longer than the expected time for delivery, the garment came. It was beautiful and it fit (although a little snugly) but it was a halter and it would not even meet at the back of my neck. Since their return policy clearly states that I am entitled to a exchange OR store credit, no refund, I opted for a exchange and asked for the next size up. I had to email them 3 times after I returned the item to get a response from them and finally they responded with a store credit. That would have been fine if I could have used it to order the same item one size larger. The problem was I would have had to pay an additional $54 for the exact same item. How that happened, I don't know. I sent the item back 2 days after I received it. It took them 5 days after they received it to notify me and suddenly I have to pay $54 more dollars for the same item? I didn't ask for a store credit, I asked for a exchange, just one size up. It is not unusual for a lady to have to exchange an item, especially if you can't try it on before hand but it is unreasonable to expect someone to pay $187 for the item... find that their measuring chart is WRONG, have to pay $8.00 to return it, and now have to pay an additional $54 to buy it again? The same item? When their very own return policy says that I am entitled to a "store credit OR exchange". Well I wanted the exchange and they refused to give it to me. It is hard to get this company to communicate with you in a timely manner, their phone number is a fake number and now I believe as others here believe that they don't appreciate their customers, they're greedy, heartless, unethical, and they have no intentions of following their own policies. I will not do business with them again and will not suggest that any one else do business with them either. This was a stressful endeavor and it's not over yet. All I did to deserve this stress was try to purchase a jumpsuit. If you have had similar issues with this company, file a complaint with the BBB and also the following Government Agencies:
