They pretended to be Apple and told me my warranty was up, after spending $79.99 to fix the problem, they couldn't fix it, and told me I could take my confirmation number into an Apple store and they could look up what has been tried and continue with the repairs. When I went into the apple store I found out my warranty still covered me for 140 days as well as that was not Apple I spoke to. I called and they claimed they'd refund me $29.99 which they never did... I've filed with the BBB but I want to do anything and everything I can to run this company out of business. Their ethics are HORRIBLE! I will do everything in my power to put them out of business, I will write as many reviews as it takes, I will contact as many lawyers as it takes, this company needs to be stopped. They're be-smerching apples good name, thankfully Apple went above and beyond to fix their fraud, SO PEOPLE PLEASE PLEASE GO INTO THE APPLE STORES IF YOU HAVE ISSUES! APPLE IS AMAZING! MyTechHelp.com needs to be shut down or burned to the ground, which I'm sure the more people the rip off the more likely it'll happen.
