My product never delivered. I asked Groupon to provide either shipment confirmation OR send a replacement. See the answer below. Apparently not only they did NOT deliver the product, but I have to follow up with USPS. I'm sorry whaaat?
Groupon team, Learn from Amazon.com. Have a look at their stock price exploding. There is a reason for that. May be referred to their processes. It's not only about grabbing payments. It's about delivering.

I'm so sorry that this happened. Unfortunately, we don't have any additional shipping details regarding your order.
However, according to your tracking number, https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/?tracknumbers=9274XXXXXXXXX, it appears the product was delivered. If you're unable to locate the package, you can try contacting the shipping service, in this case USPS, to see if they can provide you with a signature confirmation or more specifics regarding where the item was delivered. They may be able to help you track down the delivery, or provide another solution.
