items take longer in some cases, and the items don't show where they are made and shipped from. When the items are shipped from out of the United States the items are cancelled and no reason is given other than they are cancelled and a credit will be given.
I feel we should be informed about items from other countries.
I will say I have had to work with customer service in the past and they were very informative, if they didn't have an answer they found one for you, and I appreciate that from Zully. I have had to return some things that were not quality, but for the most part, everything is very nice.
