Coronavirus hits! No concern for the students or families. We need our money now. One minute late and we will charge you three times the monthly rate. Poor customer service. Awful!

Ann - Our apologies. We are quite confused, as we only contacted you to update the guarantor card you have on-file and not to ask for money. Everyone has so much on their plate these days that it is a common practice for businesses to send reminders when a card expires or is about to. I believe the office has reached out to clear things up. We are truly sorry if the email arrived at a bad time and upset you, as that was not our intent. - Jason, Clemson Lofts
