I am very disappointed in the Groupon customer service. It took the Groupon team 4 days to respond to my initial inquiry. This can be looked over. However, it would have been courteous to resend the missing order (that should have arrived 2 weeks prior to my missing order inquiry) via next day or 2-day delivery - instead they sent it to arrive within 2 WEEKS. If I had known that I would be waiting another 2 weeks on top of the already 2 week late order (in total 6 week wait time), I would not have purchased from Groupon. This was the last time I ordered from Groupon.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! BIGGEST SCAM EVER!

This was the biggest scam I have ever experienced! They were very quick at scheduling an initial appointment to put up the temporary wall, charged us $300 extra on top of the $800 quote we agreed on, left the place in a mess and scraped the ceiling. Rude personnel. Man in charge - Jeffery - unresponsive as soon as we reached out to have the wall removed - a free wall removal was included in the installation fee. The contract states a 30-day notice is required which we respected, however, we tried contacting the company for 30 solid days by email, by phone (the only two means available since the company website does not disclose an address). After 40 calls during the 30 days of waiting for a response there was still no response from this company by the end of the 30 days. Our emails and voice mail messages we left on the answering machine were ignored, no reply ever came back our way. On top of all this, the contract we were given was ridiculous and gave the wall company all rights and us almost none. Unfortunately this mistake of hiring them has cost us a lot of money and worries and we now hired a local contractor to remove the wall, staying away from wall companies advertised online.

I hope this helps others to learn from our terrible experience.
