I ordered from this company for 5 years, apparently they have changed management and my last order was a nightmare, after 5 years I will never never never order from them again... NEVER.

They didn't have the main items I ordered, but I had already sent my money. They told me that they had to pay out for the items they did have and won't refund the money so I choose replacement items I really didn't want but didn't want to be out the money and hoped for the best. I ordered quanity of items to get the best price break, when they didn't have that amount in stock they charged me full price and when I told them I purposely ordered quanities for the price break their response was, "if it really matters to you we will give you the price break", they did and made up their difference shorting me items.
