I have two problems with JJS House - customer service and quality.
Firstly, I need to hold my hands up and admit - I opened the box after the 7 days return period. However, when one of the dresses has a bent boob wire and measures far larger than the 33 inch chest size, I would still expect a company to solve this and not wipe their hands clean. (Sorry - offer me 10% off my next order because of the bad experience.) I supposed I've been spoilt by the other excellent service offered by other internet retailers and just expected the same. Whatever happens PLEASE DO NOT ORDER DRESSES FROM HERE. They previously sent me gold samples instead of blue and I stupidly still bought with them.
