This is my first and last that i will book in bravofly, I am a simple person just want a vacation in Hong kong with my husband, I almost everyday search for the cheapest flight in skyscanner then bravofly came out to be the cheapest, but when I almost finish my booking that fullfex option came out, Im sure its an insurance and I never agree of that option, but still its in my bill, Its not a small money it is almost 3,600 pesos, that we can use for our food and transpo in Hong kong, when I think about it, I felt like I was SCAMMED! How can I refund that money from bravofly? Can somebody help me about this, Please..
