When you go to Er and find a careless receptionist and nurse, you feel that if you complain at least the admin will care, but no body cared for the patient nor the complains

I live in UAE and I expect staff to speak my language, but the casheir and the customer service dont speak arabic nor proper english, and they are rude in talking to the ppl. Dont you train your staff before you hire them?

I was loyal for Lancome, but wen I went to buy the last Eyeliner, I forgot about lancome, the bottle is almost empty and I just used it 2 times.
How will i trust lancome again in the future.
