Never use TRUSTMYPAPER. I ordered a Sociology Research paper (10 pages)1 month ago, but they failed to deliver the paper. They kept asking for time, but after 36 days, I was sure that I would never receive my paper. All the customer service agents kept lying that the writer is working on the project and they will deliver the paper in time. And for your answer? I never received the document. So I missed the deadline.
More importantly, most customer service agents are rude and mean, especially the billing service agents. Significantly, one of the billing team members called Ben Harris has horrible communication skills. They kept arguing they still need more time and refusing to refund. It took me a complete 2 hours long conversation to get my money back. So do not Ever use this site. They will waste your money, time and make you fail the class by missing deadlines or with bad quality paper. I have learned my lesson, and I will avoid that scam site for the rest of my life.
They Changed 15 writers, and none of them were capable of completing the assignment.
I wish I could give them A ZERO STAR!
