Absolute horrible rubbish. I'm so mad. They're totally stealing my mums money that she spent to get me home from New Zealand. Well, all the flights got cancelled and they haven't answered to any message or phocall. Haven't shared any kind of general info what's going on with the refund. And THE LAW SAY: the company HAS TO PAY the money back. This is not customer problem. This is a company problem that is trying to keep the money that THEY KNOW belongs to the customers. GOSH I'M GETTING MAD. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. NO MATTER HOW CHEAP THE TICKET SEEMS. Spend a little extra and NEVER USE THIS ONE
