I got fooled by an email offering slashed prices on Uggs. I ordered and got no email confirming order. When I checked my bank statement I saw the charge to a company in China. I got on the Uggonlineco.com website and left a message for the company. No reply. Called my credit card company to file a complaint. Sent a second message and again no reply. Package arrived and as suspected the Uggs are fake, listed as Ugg Australia. Don't fit, slipshod construction, cheap. Now what do I do? I am in the process of waiting for Master Card to finish their investigation and have to wait a minimum of 60 days.
