My daughter fell in love with a dress
Measured her and according to their chart she was a 16w
Dress should have been navy blue arrived royal blue 4 sizes too Lg
Asked for replacement in time for prom denied. Denied refund as well
Offered me 10% of what I paid and will charge me 30% restocking fee
Had to spend another 300$ for replacement dress and alterations
Horrible customer service-also lied trying to get out of providing a refund
I would not purchase From them.
