I ordered a shirt for Christmas, 2019. When the shirt did not arrive I made every effort to contact UK soccer shop customer service, to no avail. I contacted my bank and was reimbursed. The shirt arrived; late, not good quality, but it arrived. I knew from my attempts to contact them that I'd never get a refund, despite the late delivery resulting in me purchasing elsewhere, and the really bad quality. As such, I approached my bank and advised them to release the payment back to them. I then received threatening emails from them, saying they would seek to get payment through a debt collector. When I sought legal advise and attempted to contact them to highlight my action to have the payment released, they again ignored all attempts to communicate, through calls, emails and social media. They didn't even have the decency to advise receipt of payment. They are now attempting to take down reviews I have on other sites. I've only encountered one other company this bad, that only wants your money, they have no interest in whether you get your product, when you get it or if it's any good. Keep your money.
