In France, their customer service was good. Here in the US it is catastrophic. I ordered some items last April. It took a month to have a few items delivered. The package seems to have been broken by DHL and the items were damaged or missing. I asked for reimbursement. They asked me to share the list of damaged and missing. I did that early June and write multiple email since and still don't have a reimbursement for everything. I also asked in the beginning if I could have my missing/damaged items redelivered and a compensation. The answer is NO. Don't order anything from them!
