I bought an expandable under the counter organizer from the container store. I had been trying to find something that would fit around my garburator and pipes. It took forever for this to arrive and I really should have thought more than twice because it is shipped from the US and with the conversion to CAD plus hefty shipping it was really expensive. I wouldn't have minded if I had an option to return it if it didn't work but that option isn't readily obvious and I'm sure the shipping alone would make it not worth it. I tried to post a review on their website as people should realize this if ordering because they make it seem easy. "International shipping available." Never easy crossing borders. Anyway, they refused my review. I guess they only allow positive reviews.
I thought I had measured carefully and this seemed like it was really versatile but it isn't going to work at all. It does not fit around the garburator and pipes so be really careful to measure everything. The material is also kind of cheap. It wouldn't be a big deal if I could return to Amazon or something but this cost $90 when converted from USD to CAD and took so long to get here and had to get across the border. The international shipping makes it far too expensive with no hope of returning it. Never again. I will stick to Amazon.

Tip for consumers:
Only order if it's not international shipping.


Ever since they became Home Away it has been a nightmare as an owner. So many technical problems I have spent many hours and had many frustrating calls to "support" where I get none at all and everyone tells me something different. I have set rates that don't transfer over to home away. Their system goes down and people can't book or get booked at the base rate instead of set rate. There are so many problems I really want to walk away. Unfortunately they do get so many people onto their website I might lose bookings but I'm not sure if he frustration level is worth it. I consistently complain and no one bothers to follow up. Clearly they don't care about their customers. They are probably so big that one little person with only one property doesn't matter to them. Really fed up.
