Hi Everyone,

I came across this website while looking for good furniture options for my home. I saw there website, where some good deals were mentioned saying deal ending in few days. Since, the name is synonymous to some store in my city Bangalore. I thought of going for online purchase for good price.

False Claims:

1. "Dispatch in 7 days, delivery in 12 business days!" -

I ordered a center table which took almost a month (30 days) to come. I have also seen some people saying they are waiting for product since 3 months. They do send some mails regarding order status but it is just fake status say order is processing and none knows what that means. I even received a mail after product delivery saying same status.

2. Free Shipping and Assembly-

There free shipping claim is right but be aware that they send via GATI courier, who do not assemble or open the product they may even leave the product at your door step despite the size of the product and you must have tools to open the wooden packing else you can not open the product. Since, you cannot open it instantly you cannot see if there is any damage or not. On complaint they say they will send some person in 48 hours. So, if it is a big product wait for another few days.

3. Customer Support - Worst of all

They have given a phone number *******317 and email id: as *******@woodysfurniture.in you may connect to them they will certainly pick up phone but they will not be able to give you any details more than what you get in mail like mine said order processing, even they do not know what it means. They are aware about such worst service so they are ready to say that we will register your complaint and forward to backend team, and who knows what backend team does as they never get back. If you are pissed of due to delay they will say your order will be delivered next week and may repeat the same sentence the next week as well.

4. Cancellation or Refund- They said easy return. I sent them email for cancellation of order and refund when product was delayed and none was giving me proper response on the status of the product. They never replied to even one of my emails. And again on my email they have sent me the product, which looks of very cheap quality not at all like its images and after receiving product when I asked for return and refund, no one has yet responded to me.

5. I tried to find some other phone number to connect with them directly, but the other phone which is registered against their Mumbai office location never gets picked up. Number- +(91)-22-******* +(91)*******203 one number does not work, other never gets picked up.

6. I am cursing that when I though of going for this online purchase, it cannot be worse than this. The product received does not match the quality mentioned, looks old and used, had spider web and spiders when we opened the packaging, very bad finishing of product.

7. I would advise to stay away from this company no matter how pleasant deal is, be sure they do not have any physical store and they are completely online company. If you still want to go for it, I wish you luck.
