“Pathetic Service, reduced number of rooms, random scheduling”

No care for customers. We were charged for 5 rooms but given only 4 rooms with extra beds. Randomly scheduled for very early ferries, despite specific instructions and availability of later options. Misguided to poor location despite we requesting for different itinerary
