We were just charged a $600 bill EVEN THOUGH OUR BUSINESS WASN'T OPEN. Yelp is robbing from small businesses by doing shady things like this. It makes no absolute sense for a business to have to pay for ads even if the salon wasn't open for months. Their excuse was that they had sent out an email informing us of when the resume date would be but we had asked the account manager to pause everything until we open up. Not only that, it takes 30 days to actually cancel the service so you're hit with ANOTHER bill before you're free of their garbage service. We've been a customer for years but never again.
