Received a package with 2 sweatshirts, without any invoice enclosed... I DID NOT ORDER. Later discovered TEE CHIP charged $128.88 to my Bank American card. Reported as fraudulent, but since the company said they can prove it was delivered, Bank of America allowed the charge. I told BA I received merchandise to start with & didn't have an invoice in order to return. Contacted T-Rip on- line the customer service chat only talked in circles never offering to help resolve. DEM BUTTOCKS... muppet with viking hats, what the hell does that mean anyway? Guess they had to dump the crap on someone, why not steal why doing it!
