I send them a kit and two months later it is still not processed they kept pushing back the processing date of my kit by a month. This happened three times. I messaged them multiple times requesting my items back and never got a single response. Honestly, your better off going to Plato's Closet at least they have real customer service. They are lucky to receive one star.
