More often than not, I have had items missing from my packages. But I always gave ColourPop a shot because they were replaced. This time around, my latest package was shipped on 3/26/21 and I have yet to be receive it. I contacted DHL, USPS, and ColourPop. DHL is not answering my messages beyond the obligated automated messages, USPS confirmed that they are waiting for the package (since DHL should have provided it to USPS), and ColourPop just told me to contact DHL and USPS when I already mentioned communicating with them. I will continue to fight for my money, but this is ridiculous. I understand that this is affordable makeup, but in the is day and age where companies are folding (especially during a pandemic), I don't expect for ColourPop to continue much further if they keep these shady practices to avoid refunding customers.
