Bought a game but it was the wrong one by accident. I gave it a try for like maybe an hour to see if this would be Just as good but it wasn't. So i asked for maybe a refund so i could get the game i wanted to purchase in the first place but No. Once opend it completly voided. Wich isn't necceraly True if you Read the refund policy. I've ben a loyal costumer for more than 10 Years and they didn't even try to help me. First time ever i asked for something too. Biggest bull$#*! an worst costumer service i've had in a long time. They say they value your opinion, but Nothing is less True. You're Nothing more to them than an ant to be crushed under their boot while they SIT in their Ivory Towers laughing at how you struggle.
