I talked to someone on the chat, who obviously doesn't understand good English, and all he did was copy/paste! The next day someone called and didn't leave a message. I called and left a message to call me back. They called back, and this RUDE individual on the other side couldn't understand my question ( I have an accent, but I am very well educated), and said to someone that I don't know how to say the word EGG? Are you kidding me? He came on the phone with a nasty attitude, like he didn't want to do his job... which also showed. I asked him a questions and he pretended that he didn't understand what I was saying! Never answered my question, and asked if I had other questions, because he didn't want to WASTE more time on me, since there are other clients! WASTE time on me? Wow... if he was working for me... the door would hit him on the way out... HEAD FIRST! Imagine having someone like this working for you? What an awesome impression!
