I ordered 2 necklaces online. I thought it was strange how I did not receive an email confirmation. My credit card was charged and still no email. I emailed them twice asking for info, received none. I called and left messages, never received a call back. Two weeks later I do the online chat and they finally email me the tracking info, which says my package was delivered 11 days ago. I call them and I did get to speak with someone who told me I have to file a claim with the delivery company. This has been nothing but a huge hassle, I have wasted so much time just trying to get information and my order that I have already paid for. So frustrating, they should of just sent it to me again. They were personalized necklaces for mothers day and my daughters birthday this weekend.
