I ordered a birthday present for my son on April 22nd. The receipt said the item would be shipped within 7 business days. Considering the effects of COVID-19 we waiting another week. I found a toll free number on the site so my son called every day for 2 more weeks with the customer service rep being very irritated and replied it's shipping, it's shipping. Today is May 22,2020, still nothing. I tried to call and get a voicemail where you can't even leave a message. Emailed them and got a response 5 days later that the item was out of stock. It would have been nice to know that a month ago. And the best part- I haven't received my money back and I can't get anyone on the telephone to find out what the problem is. I really hope this wasn't a scam and I didn't just get ripped off for $177.19 plus an additional $35.44 for shipping and $15.20 for sales tax.
