CHULA VISTA RUINED MY HONEYMOON
They lost 5 customers that could have been life long.

Due to a Groupon, I decided to try Chula Vista instead of staying at Wilderness like we do 3 times per year. I loved the Wilderness, but was attracted to the Groupon price of Chula Vista. What a mistake.

We decided after we booked that we would get married while in the Dells. Because we were now going on our Honeymoon instead of just a family trip, I asked Chula Vista if they could upgrade to a condo so we could have privacy to consummate our marriage.

I was willing to pay nearly anything to change to a condo. Instead of charging me a ton for a condo upgrade (like I was completely amenable to paying since it was our honeymoon) Chula Vista staff (Supervisor Tammy S) was inflexible and rude. They refused to change anything for us to make our honeymoon more comfortable. The terms of service stated that no-shows would be charged even more on top of what I already pre-paid for the room.

I wanted to go somewhere else and just eat the $100+ that they already made me pre-pay, but the fact that you're locked in and the threat that they will charge no-shows for even more money stopped me from going somewhere I would have rather stayed. Thanks Supervisor Tammy S for ruining our honeymoon. We can't even consummate our marriage because you wouldn't let us be in a room where our children weren't in a bed right next to us.

Chula Vista ruined my honeymoon (Specifically Supervisor Tammy S). Why run a promotion to draw people into your facility? You could have made more money off me and upgraded my room for my honeymoon. You could have made a customer for life, as we visit the Dells 3 times per year. Instead, you convinced us never to return.

Go to Wilderness - I stay there 3 times per year and they would never be so inflexible or rude to us. They bend over backwards to make their customers happy.
Wilderness staff even saved my daughter's life when she got sick.
She threw up in the lobby and their staff went out of their way to get her back to our room and get fluids in her.
Wilderness staff even gave us a credit on our food because we rushed to help her and didn't get to finish our dinner.

Fiverr stole 2 book manuscripts I wrote.
Sold them to clients on their site for $660.
Did not pay me one cent and disabled my account.
Took another $70 out of my account for services they didn't deliver.

I am mother of an infant disabled child.
If they can hurt someone like me, trust me, they will hurt you too.

Tip for consumers:
Please file class action lawsuit against them.
