I had a vendor from their site Google my name, find out I owned a business and start harassing my employees all because I didnt respond to his bid on the site. Keep in mind there are no phone numbers on my profile and the event is unrelated to my business. STAY AWAY! I called customer care and they DO NOT CARE. I calmly explained the situation to the man I spoke with and he literally could not have cared any less. ZERO STARS.
