It's an easy site to navigate, with great customer service, extremely easy returns and exchanges. I would recommend using this service site, as i continue to use it myself.

I've paid two yearly memberships and in that timeframe. I've learned ALOT about care.com and using it.

I would suggest Craigslist over this service.

The people that are on this website are a lot of people that aren't willing to work (people on welfare, or people who can't actually get a job in their field) but demand a lot in terms of pay.

I have hired people that have tried to solicit my husband for sex.
Stolen things from me and broken very expensive clothing, household furniture, dishes, dryer, and other things that have totaled in over 10,000, including repairs.

A lot of the people on these websites are smoking weed, popping pills, or doing other serious hardcore drugs. I have video recordings of people that haven't feed my children but left them to fend on their own, even not changing my youngest diapers and leaving her to sit in filth.

Drinking the alcohol from our bar and being drunk while working for us...

This is by far the WORST website with the WORST PEOPLE on it.

I would advise all PEOPLE to stay away from this to save their children.

It doesn't matter how many background checks that get done or how many safe driving records are available these people are irresponsible people or else they would have a job. Trust me I've done all the checks and even drug tests only to find them "using" afterwards.

To people threatening to sue me because of their inadequacy.

My household catergory would be in the financial range of upper wealthy middle class.

I can not say enough, do the right thing and put your children in a better environment then someone you would find on care.com.

I'm just lucky that my children even though were neglected and not taken care of were not sexually abused.

I've learned my lesson, I hope my story helps others so they don't put their children or themselves in a comprising situation.
