Ordered a Sphero for my daughter's 10th birthday 2 months ago. Shipment arrrived just before her birthday, but was the wrong product. I immediately notified the company. Took 4 email exchanges to get them to send return shipment label, including sending requested pictures of the product received to prove they sent the wrong item. I sent the wrong product back according to directions provided and they notified me that the correct item had been shipped, even provided a tracking number. After several days, still had not received the corrected shipment and then found out that the item I originally ordered was no longer available. This morning, 2 months after my original order was placed, they issued a refund. So my daughter still does not have her birthday present.
