I've never had a problem with this company until recently. Now for some reason they don't pick up my recycling. I called after it was missed 2 weeks ago & was told they have 48 hours after a missed pickup. Had to call again the next week when it still hadn't been picked up. No one offered to discount my bill and I never received a call or email from management apologizing. Customer service is shoddy to put it mildly. Now this week it wasn't picked up again. I would switch to another company but the other one in this area also has horrible reviews. If all the drivers are in quarantine or there is some other extenuating circumstance for the poor service they should just say so.
