My recent purchase was a gift and even though I kept indicating (twice) that a gift receipt/note be added, your interface kept on displaying that no gift receipt was added and deleted all the information I entered. Very frustrating, you need to correct this issue.

Reason I chose this business:

Ironically, I chose Houzz over Lowe’s for this item because Lowe’s did not offer a gift receipt. Had I known that your system has issues with gift receipting, I would have opted for Lowe’s and saved myself $10.00.
