In March 2021, I purchased "one-month of unlimited invoice", which is one time only, to support Skynova after the free trial.
That's the moment Skynova did the tricks on my credit card!
In April 2021, my credit card is charged with 15 USD for nothing!
Log in the profile and found out I couldn't edit payment info because they removed this section completely from my profile!
The customer service refused to refund currency exchange loss.
Crazy thieves!

Skynova is a subscription service, which is stated when upgrading to a paid plan. This means that your card will be charged every month, on the date you upgraded. If you want to cancel your subscription, you can do this by closing the account from the profile page. If you contact support@skynova.com they will help you solve the issue.
