I went online to see what the prices were for a hotel in tomahawk WI and website trip.com were $24 cheaper per night for the 2 nights I was looking at. And both customer service and manager were arguing with me saying that it was not cheaper price online. After I use my free night I will no longer be using hotels.com after this experience!

My husband ordered a wedding canvas $33.89 for our home 01/31/2017. Once it came 02/08/2017 he was Super disappointed, as because of how DARK it was. We both tried contacting Liz Rogers by phone and email on 02/09,02/10. I finally spoke with Liz 02/10 1035a and she said the graphics would lighten and resend it, they did nothing. We received the Canvas 02/16 yesterday and NO CHANGE as we compared both DARK Canvases. To this day they have not responded to our emails and we in writing 02/17 have requested our money back.
