I would give them a zero star if I could. Very poor customer service they hounded me for a month before I went in. Then they took my information and forgot about me. I called for a week never recieved a call back nor did they answer the phone. Spoke to the supervisor after a week and he said all they needed was simple paperwork so why couldn't they tell me that a week ago. Or return a phone call. Supervisor was rude and nasty. Rodney Stern was the salesman I was working with they are very inconsiderate and disorganized. I also spoke with Ethan who stated he would call me back in 30 minutes 3 days later no phone call. I do not recomended McClosky to anyone! They will not be getting my business.
