I am curious about all the positive comments about this website, because I've been trying to contact them using the Contact button on their website, and it's always broken.

Even as a register user, whenever I try to submit an order, it never goes through.

When I submitted my email address to get a new password, I used the address in the email they used to send me a link for a new password, and I got a Daemonemail reply. There seems to me no way to contact the owner of the website.

And as for the person who said they just order Soul Train, I wonder how can that be, when according to the description on the website, you must order 100 units in order to get the wholesale price.

It is a wholesale website, not a retail site. So you must order at least 100 units.

I would like a response from anybody who has left a positive feedback for this website, as to how they actually went about ordering from this website, how long it took shipment to arrive, and what address the order was shipped from.

This website has no contact information, no privacy info, not one thing about who the owner is, where the business is based, nor a written email address for contacting customer service.

Although I've never purchased from them, I'm grading them two stars, since I have not been able to place an order from the website, or have been able to contact them by email.

I purchase from this website a few times (between 5/13 - 10/13) with all orders being $200-$300 dollars, with no problems with receiving my orders and no defective DVDs. So I decided to purchase wholesale to save on the shipping. Their website says if you purchase 1000+ disc in one order you'll receive free shipping. I wanted to order 40 DVD Box sets which would cost me hundreds in EMS shipping fees. But because my order exceeded 1000 disc, I was to get it shipped free. They asked me to send the money Western Union. $1599. 60 for 40 DVD Box Set. That averages to $39.99 per DVD Box Set, which is a good deal. I and customer service corresponded through email almost every day for over two consecutive weeks during this transaction. But once they received my money, they cut off all ties with me.

They stole my money.

Yes, they took my money and never shipped the DVDs. They ignored all my emails for the past two months.

Now this is a online business that I've been doing business with for about 7 months without any problems. So I had no reason to not trust them with a larger order. Apparently I was wrong.

I contacted the owner of the site, three different emails associated with the website, I even sent emails directly through their website. Nothing. They just simply ignored all of my emails.

All email addresses are still active, website still active, yet I get no response from them.

Took my hard earned money of $1599. 60 dollars and never shipped the DVDs. This came at a bad time in my life, because as a single parent, I really needed the DVDs to resell for basic living expenses. And I'm supposed to be moving this Summer, so the extra money would have helped in this regard, as well.

Unfortunately, I've been Scammed. Still puzzled as to how their still actively in business and won't ship my order or answer any of my emails.
