I ordered a wallet from Sova.com and heard nothing for approximately 2 wks. I emailed and got no response for a wk after placing my order. I finally emailed asking when I could expect my wallet to arrive and was first told it was shipped "around the 17th" and then told it was definitely shipped on the 19th. I asked why I hadn't received an email indicating it had shipped and thought I'd actually tracked the shipping. When I emailed this to Sova, I was told the although the wallet had shipped I never received shipment notification but it would be sent that day. Never rec'd it. I rec'd quite a few argumentative emails from Sova accusing me of harassing them. Can you imagine being accused of harassing a company when you're simply trying to learn whether or not an order has been shipped? Well, I'm thinking I'll deal w/them by phone. Guess what? The idiot who was emailing answered the phone. When I asked if I could get their corporate address I was told to go to their website to get it. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told the person on the phone was the manager and I was stuck talking to him and he didn't have to be polite. What?! You're customer service and you'll argue with me, be rude, and refuse to give me a corporate address? I told the numb nuts I was speaking with to cancel my order. I rec'd an email within mins canceling my order. Guess what? The wallet never arrived. It had never shipped. My feeling is that they never intended to ship it. They were simply going to give me the run around. Well, after a little research I learned it's a crap company with a total a approximately 5 employees, who apparently do whatever the hell they please. THe owner of the company will probably never know how his employees treat customers. Not only will I never order from here again, I actually met someone who ordered from there and when I told them what happened, they canceled their order. Poor customer service is the biggest reason I won't do business with some companies. I don't mind mistakes being made. What I don't like is poor customer service.
