My travel mate was hurt, he is also a climbing partner. We were going to climb mountain in NZ. Because of my mates injury I tried to postpone the trip. They would only push the flight forward as far as the booking date not the flight date. I tried to talk to a supervisor. The attendant refused. They phone line started to crackle and break up after this. They must have very poor line or maybe the attendant was trying to get rid of me? I could barely understand the attendant. It was like trying to talk to someone who didn't understand what I was trying to say. I will never use flight hub again and I will try to make sure everyone I care about does not use flight hub as well.
