IPhone 6 64gb - Miss sold DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I ordered a refurbished iPhone with SS and the usual 4-5weeks delivery confirmation came through, which I can live with. On the day it arrived the phone was delivered rattling around in a medium sized cardboard box on its own with only a dispatch note. In the advert they advised that it was a genuine Apple product that had undergone rigerous testing and because it was a refurb they may be some slight damage to the packaging.

When I opened the box they was no ear buds, wall charging adaptor, lightning cable or pin key to extract the sim tray, rendering the device absolutely useless (unless you have all these already). After borrowing a cable from a mate and charging I was surprised to be greeted by a phone that was in Chinese and useless unless you have another apple device to mirror the function menus through to reset the language totally useless. How are people allowed to sell things like this.

Now for the customer service. Ive had to call SS approx every other day to progress my concerns and each time a very pleasant operator that appreciates my concerns and says it shouldnt have been shipped like that, then they take the day to go to the tech team or wharehouse and never call you back, which means you have to constantly call up and go through all the issues again.

On my last attempt to get some sence and information from someone, I was told that it only comes with a USB charging cable and nothing else and I was emailed the tech spec for that iPhone (64gb memory, A8 processor etc) and was told it doesnt list the accessories so I wont be sent them. Very poor, Im just glad the advert said it had a touchscreen, or they may have taken it off. Im returning my phone for a refund and then closing my account, I would strongly recommend that other people do the same as what they seem to advertise isnt the whole truth.

Due to my experience Im now writing to the ASA Advertising Standards Authority as section 3.3 of their rules clearly state Marketing communications must not mislead the consumer by omitting material information. They must not mislead by hiding material information or presenting it in an unclear, unintelligible, ambiguous or untimely manner. Im sure theyll respond to these people when they dont give their customers and time or respect.

Again, please dont use, misleading advertising and descriptions, poor products, poor customer service.
