I've never seen Customer Support cause so many issues. I ordered a 3-month subscription in January, my February and March box didn't come. They tried deleting points off my account and claimed to send a replacement, but I never got it.
As of April 12th, I have never received my boxes even though support says they sent them. I can probably safely assume my April box won't come either, and I will have to send another support message. I felt like I was scammed. A company should know when their product was delivered and notify the customers of any delays or issues automatically. I shouldn't have to reach out for support for this.
