Run dont walk from this disgraceful company. I wish I could give it negative stars. This guy Noel, the owner, comes into my house to install a pedestal sink. He does a ridiculously bad job and walks out telling me "Its all good". I was on a zoom call so couldn't immediately examine it. When I did examine it, and saw the ridiculousness of the job, I called and said I wanted my money back. He refused and assured me thats how it was supposed to be. Huh? (SEE PICTURES) Then he went on for 20 minutes telling me how he was a "master plumber" and does this all the time. And "Thats how its supposed to be". First of all, according to the instructions that came with the sink, it is supposed mounted to the wall with the included brackets. That was not done. Instead he precariously perched the top--greatly misaligned both horizontally and vertically--onto the pedestal stand---entirely off balance as pictured, stuffed some of my paper that was down on the tile to protect the floor under there (see pictures of the stuffed brown paper)---and then GLUED it to the wall. I sent him the pictures below then he said,..."thats how you do it, but ill come out to fix it if you want". Then he told me that it must have gotten that way because I touched the sink before the glue dried. Wait, WHAT? First of all, I did not touch the sink, and secondly WHAT? Then he started telling me again how he was a master plumber. Which of course i dont care. Making it even worse, the faucet he installed leaks (also pictured), every time you turn it on. He told me that was a defect with the faucet, not his problem---even though it was brand new out of the box. Then he overtightened the sink handles themselves bending the metal plate on both the hot and cold faucets that adjoin the sink. I continually demanded a refund and he refused, saying he would come back out to fix it. I was explicit with him that i felt disrespected, lied to and stolen from. And that i had zero trust in his ability to do it. Then he said that the brand new out of the box sink from Kohler was actually the problem and that it didn't fit right but that he would come try to fix it. I continually re-stated that I felt disrespected and manipulated and had zero confidence in his work He again stated that he had installed "over 500" pedestal sinks. And that he knew how to do it. I said--- if you knew how to do it, then why did you butcher mine and tell me it was all good? He again blamed me for touching it, and kohler for having a misaligned sink, and the faucet company for sending me a defective product. Basically, I was overcharged, got an incredibly horrible work product, then I was blamed (along with the faucet and sink company) for his work product? Incredulous. I will have to re-do the whole thing. Despite his claim that he would come fix it,. I told him that i would never work with anyone who had been so dishonest and tried to stick me with the pictured job. So now I have to pay twice for the same job. I am indescribably angry and have never had such terrible workmanship, total lack of integrity in a job, and such horrible customer service. As far as I am concerned, my family has been stolen from and we are just out the $560 dollars we paid this guy to do this job. Disgusted.

This wash ripped the entire rear wiper and housing off of my 2017 acura mdx. Manager was resoundingly unhelpful, said they would order a part off of amazon an put on themselves. Understand that the whole unit ripped off the back of my car. I said wanted an acura part and for them to double check that there was no damage to the motor and was told "all we will do is order an amazon part and put it on ourselves. Totally insane. Damaging cars and then trying to fix with a third party part and a carwash staff? Its insane. Then when I asked that my three car wash clubs be cancelled, the manager said "wow, you are demanding". Even a cursory look at the reviews of this place is all the evidence you need. Just wish i had done so sooner.
