These people are basically thieves.
Yes, they'll buy your laptop, and yes, you'll get paid.
BUT... do not expect to get the quote.
Our laptop was in good condition and hit all their listed criteria for good condition.
However, after their inspection, they claimed that the wear to the keyboard was excessive, despite it being fully readable and fully working.
They also claimed that the 'age' of the laptop was defined by the date the first of that model came off the conveyor belt, not the date of purchase as new (receipts provided)
These two things took a £60+ quote down to £26... criminal.
With this in mind I would say go elsewhere, list on eBay, but frankly, don't give your laptop to these guys.
