I have bad bad experience as I brought 11 iteams and end up with 2 items sent in wrong size. (I order M size and they sent me L size) It is totally on their fault and all they do is ONLY do refund but not resend the items with collect size. I need to re-order another $300 goods in order to get the right items that I paid in the first time. Moreover the initial shipping cost DO NOT included in the refund. I am wondering they are doing this purposely to boost up their sale volumn. Everyone, please re-consider very carefully to shop on Zipia.
