Perfect service, arriving on time, good fleet. But comes with a decent price:)
In general highly recommended.

You pay for every single move, even for duty-free bags! Gets out of schedule often (once I had to wait for departure 5 hours in a plane, because it missed it's "window" and had to wait for another confirmation from airport). Still comes with a high price, but doesn't worth the money.
Take it only if you don't have any alternatives.

Bought a joint ticket which is "covered by the company". As I found later, there was no such a flight! Received cancellation notification 10 hours before the flight.
Requested refund. As per their statement refund can take UP to 3 month. Waiting already more than 3 months for refund - still nothing!
Can't react customer service. Overall terrible experience.
