They couldn't fix the problem, Internet was never ever connected to any devices. Only mon to fri until 8pm for technical support! NOT RECOMMENDED with activ8me!

Very bad product, not as seen in the picture, very disappointed, the good reviews from other countries is fake! Very bad customer service, ignoring complaints.
