We engaged Janie LaFont at Clout House PR to assist with placements in publications to further our online presence. We paid her for 3 months' on the expectation (promised to us) that we would receive a minimum of 3 placements in reasonably-sized publications.

Janie either is incredibly bad at her job and/or lied to us. We had zero publications, she provided no evidence that she ever had any leads, and she repeatedly failed to respond to emails and calls. Not only that, she said numerous times that 4 publications were booked and set to be published, none of them came through and we were provided with no explanation.

Please, do yourself a favor and engage someone other than Clout House and Janie LaFont to do your PR for you.
