I had a great experience with them, and I'm wondering if that is because I got an AT&T phone. All I had to do once I got the phone (which was in great condition, better than described if anything) was go to the ATT store, get a new SIM card, and the phone was up and running. Shipping was fast and overall it was a great experience and I got the phone (which replaced one my son lost) at a great price.

Just saw all the bad reviews for this site. I have to say my experience was fine. My daughter dropped my wife's toshiba laptop and the screen was toast. I probably would not have ordered from them had a seen these reviews but I did and the screen arrived and works just fine. This was in April 2011 so maybe they have improved? I'll note that I have never posted here before and the only reason I'm doing so is that I got an email from the company asking me to review them here.

I have had good success with this site, especially using alerts when I am looking for a particular item. They will send an email when your item goes on sale. I wish that some of the search and alert settings were a little more user friendly, but definitely a very useful site.

I wish I could do 2.5 stars, because that is what they really deserve. The product itself was good. I got two 8gig flash drive with name and phone number inscribed on them for a great price with a coupon I found at dealnews. Unfortunately their service has a bit to be desired. I ordered on May 6 and the site said the item would ship in a couple of days. 13 days later I realized I had gotten nothing, checked the website and it still said processing. I sent an email and got a response that it had shipped the day before but then I only got an automated email confirming shipping til two days after that so I don't think they had actually shipped it but had somehow lost my order and then sent it when they got my email. Not impressive but if you have time and want the customization they offer the product itself is good.
